Pancreatic cancer - trouble with stents, anyone else?

Hi my Dad has been diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer before Christmas he had a stent fitted in his bile duct before Christmas for jaundice and 2 weeks later it became dislodged he had a second stent fitted and its been 2 weeks now and his jaundice seems to be worse when I saw him yesterday he has no pain or no temperature 

I'm just wonder has anyone experienced this before with the stents as he only seems to be getting 2 weeks before thy get blocked

  • Welcome to the Cancer Chat community Mag although I'm sorry about your dad's diagnosis and the difficulties he seems to be having with the stents.
