I am sorry to hear about all these symptoms you have been experiencing and I hope that you will hear from some of our members who have had similar symptoms before. 

Try not to worry too much if you can or draw any conclusions as to why you are experiencing these symptoms as there are so many other possible explanations. I think it would be a good idea to talk to your oncologist about this - they will be in the best position to tell you whether they think additional tests are necessary or if it is likely to be nothing to be concerned about. Either way, it is important to flag these symptoms with your specialist or if you are having trouble getting hold of your consultant, to talk to your GP in the first instance about this and about your worries.
