Hi, I've have this morning been given the diagnosis of Serous Cancer stage 3, after having a hysterectomy on 17/12. I have to wait until 22/01 before meeting my chemo team. I'd like to hear from anyone else who has or has had this cancer.

hi nickiclaire, i also was diagnosed with high grade serous carcinoma of uterus at stage 4 grade3.
i had laparotomy and debulking surgery in march 2020. this was followed by 6 cycles of chemotherapy and then followed by 25 radiotherapy and 2 internal radiotherapys called brachytherapy.
i am now in the position where i am waiting for my post treatment scan at the end of the month.
i can only advise you to take each hurdle as it comes, try not to focus on the stage of your condition and keep hopeful and positive. even at my stage 4 surgeons were able to remove all visible tumour and i see that as my starting point.
