Hello! I've just been diagnosed with my first melanoma at 35 (stage 1, caught early). My mum is 58 with 10 melanomas. Has anybody else been diagnosed at stage 1A... and had further issues? Would love to hear from anyone!
I was diagnosed with Melanoma stage 1a too in March 2020. I have too check my own moles and lymph nodes regularly and up until now I haven't found any further suspicious moles. It does worry me as I am very fair skinned and have a lot of moles scattered all over my body. I worry more about missing mole changes or a new mole appearing and I don't see it or notice it in time. I'm trying not to become paranoid about my diagnosis but it's not easy.
