Hi yorkiegal. My breast cancer is similar to yours, same grade and mine is also her2 positive and er positive. Apparently the her2 positive part responds really well to treatment. I've just finished chemo and thankfully my tumours have shrunk. I will be having surgery 4th January and radiotherapy after. Do have your treatment plan yet? My advice would be to take your journey 1 step at a time. Sorry, I know it's not very original! But that's 1 way I can cope with mine, so I'm not even asking my consultant about radiotherapy yet until I get the op over with. I really hope your journey goes well for you 

Hi Amy, Thanks for taking the time, I have to have axilla ultrasound on friday to see if it’s spread to lymph nodes, i’ll be told the plan of action next, quite possibly after Christmas now. Taking it in my stride at the mo. All the best on your journey too Amy. L. X
