I'm sorry to hear that you've recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. I know that this will be an anxious time for you. 

It's sensible to consider all the options before you decide which surgery may be right for you and there are lots of things to take into consideration both from a treatment aspect and from a post-treatment aspect. You might like to have a look at this information on our website.
