A very warm welcome to our forum. I'm glad to hear that you have had some help from reading our stories, as you've  been waiting for your results. This is one of the worst times of our cancer journey. I am sorry to hear that you got a positive diagnosis, but it is good news that you have caught it early. It is rather overwhelming as you try to take in all of the treatment options. It can be helpful to draw up a list of questions for your consultant and oncologist in advance of any consultation to ensure that you don't forget any important questions.

You are certainly not alone in your journey . There is always someone here who has had experience of anything that you have to go through and, we are all more than happy to help each other through. The main thing that will get you through this is a positive attitude. I have had 2 bouts of breast cancer in the past 11 years, but am still here to tell the tale.

Please remember that we are always here for you and, don't forget to let us know what you eventually decide.

Today is going to be tough, I have to tell to family and friends and it feels like I am going to hurt them...hard to explain, but I am sure you know exactly how I feel.

Hi,last tuesday my biopsy result come with carcinoma lobular invazive,grade 2,next monday i have appoiment for CT scan to see if is spread,i'm devastated

 Hope you're okay and starting to feel a bit more positive. I was diagnosed with breast cancer last Monday at what I thought would just be the mammogram and any other tests that would be needed. I was told it was cancer even though I don't get my biopsy result till this Wednesday. 
Like you its left me feeling stunned and I feel like I'm going mad! The hardest part was telling people and I'm very up and down emotionally! I'm hoping the biopsy result will help as I'll know what grade it is and have a plan of action!!

And to you Ramo69. Lots of positive thoughts to you-I don't understand any of the grading terms and presume it's something you learn about when you get told your results? I hope your CT scan went okay and that it hasn't spread.

I hope Yr results are not too bad, grade 1 is a better grade and hopefully u will get it treated. Mine was grade 2 and in 2 places but saved my breast, no chemo, I hope Yr the same. Mri is OK just go to sleep and switch off. 

All I can say is the doctors and nurses are great and know what there doing.

Mine was same but you will get through it, hopefully it just one place.  The doctors are marvellous now and can save the breast by going in through Yr nipple. 

I had endless tests and biopsies but had surgery, still got breasts and just waiting for radiotherapy. Stay positive and get support from family and friends I wish you the best.
