Hi, 

I was diagnosed with HSOC in Aug 2020, I have received 3 chemo sessions and my CA125 was 2379 at the beginning then went down to 549, and then 187 and 101 after my 3rd chemo.  I am having my operation on 17 Dec after my 4th chemo.  

Is the CA125 marker a good indication how quickly it decreases or is it the trend that it's going down more important.
