What were your symptoms?? 

Upset stomach diahorea feeling full and some uncomfortable bloating. 
I then went to get checked and they could feel lump in pelvis 

Ahh ok. I've had bleeding for a bit longer after my period and back ache near my kidneys. Groin and a little at the top of my legs. No diahorrea or bloating. It might be my age I'm hoping 50.

Did you have an internal exam? I'm a bit scared of those.

The gp did initially do a manual pelvic exam I personally didnt have a trans virginal ultrasound (little wand they pop into your vagina) as my lump was so big they could feel in my tummy but personally I don't mind them for me they don't hurt just slightly uncomfortable and aren't that bad whilst embarrassing for me I've been there had many before before and during having my children. Hopefully yours is just related to your age and they are being thorough .
