So today I have been told I have stage 4 metastasised breast cancer which is incurable they have offered me a clinical trial

Very unwelcome news. I'm really sorry, mishcardie. My advice is to go for the trial. You have nothing to lose and, who knows, you may be testing something that really makes a difference. Wishing you the very best. xx Harry
