My dad was, diagnosed with terminal cancer last week and he's getting weaker and weaker he's in hospital but they are in about sending him hoje with a care plan in place but I feel they he shud go in a hospice
I'm sorry to hear about your Dad's diagnosis. It's understandably a difficult time for you all.
If you're unhappy with the plans that they are suggesting putting in place for his discharge then I'd encourage you to speak to the staff on the ward in the first instance. You may find it helpful to write down all the points that you want to make in advance so that you can ask any specific questions.
