You will get a lot of support from women who have had news like yours. 
There's a lot of camaraderie and also advice. 

I don't know what stage you are at in your journey, but it sounds like you will likely require a combination of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. 
The lovely ladies on there will help you with advice of a practical nature- such as how to prepare for chemo or even how to prepare to tell your children the bad news.,

I found it much more useful than any CNS.
