BCG treatment for bladder cancer

Hi, just wanted to say I have appreciated reading people's comments about their experiences of BCG treatment. 

 

I am 48 and have been diagnosed with early stage non invasive bladder cancer, grade 3. I start BCG treatment next week. 

 

It's good to have an idea what to expect and hope that after given birth 3 times and having a reasonable pain threshold, I can stick with the next 3 and a half years of treatment etc!

    I'm sorry to read what you're going through but it sounds like you're approaching it well.

    Do use this forum as much as is helpful at any point - it's a very welcoming and understanding community of people, and it can certainly be helpful to open up to others in similar situations, or simply just to write down any thoughts or concerns.
