My dad has suffered for 12 years with bladder cancer ....he was injected with bcg which has controlled it...unfortunately yesterday we found out it has spread to liver spleen pelvis and stomach.....we know this is the worst news we could have got ..but they want to try immunotherapy...is there any point? ..... just need someone to be honest .... totally devastated and broken ....

  • Welcome to Cancer Chat Wendy although I'm really sorry that your dad's cancer has spread.

    Hopefully some of our members who have been in a similar situation will share their advice and experiences with you soon but if you'd like to talk things through with one of our cancer nurses then you can give them a call on 0808 800 4040. They're available Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m
