Hello all I have just been given the news that I have aeosphageal cancer that is terminal. I had a stent fitted to help me to eat. I have been told I have to follow a level 5 diet but no one has told me what that entails. Does anyone know?

Really sorry to hear your news. This is one NHS guide to Level 5 diets. Basically diets comprising food that are suitable for people that have difficulty chewing, swallowing etc. But maybe it is a good idea to ask your medical team if certain Level 5 diets are recommended, for your particular illness.
