Feeling very worried about getting a date to start treatment, heard today there is a minimum of 2 week wait as the chemotherapy unit doesn’t have more spaces available
I'm sorry about the delay to your treatment River. I can't begin to imagine how stressful and frustrating this must be but you're not alone as many of our members have also been affected by the pandemic so will understand what you're going through and hopefully be along soon to offer their support and advice.

Thanks Steph, everything has moved suddenly for me. I ended up in hospital with severe diarrhoea & vomiting & then had a terrific amount of fluid drained off my stomach. A scan then showed my bowel is riddled with cancer, it was ok a month ago I’ve been transferred to a private hospital where all their cancer patients are being treated for now and will begin chemo tomorrow.
