Hi all. First time here, so this is a bit of back story. For the past few years, my mum was battling melanoma and lung cancer. Unfortunately, she lost that battle a few weeks ago. Now my dad has told me he has Squamous Cell Carcinoma. They removed most of the lump a little while ago, and they are gonna do a skin graft and remove some more from the site soon. He has had the lump on his leg for a little while now, and did not mention it/see anyone as he did not want my mum to worry. He says he is doing OK, and that at least it is not melanoma, but from what Googleing I have done (I know I should not have...) some say that SCC can be worse then Melanoma if it spreads, so now I am unsure if to tell him that, or just wait and see what his doctor will say.
I know this is me just panicking and stuff, but I just hate that I may have to go through this again so soon after losing my mum.
