I'm 48 .just been diagnosed with prostate cancer..bit of a shock..i kinda knew I had it.after my pda come back at 3.3..then rose to 4..had mri .bone scan..biopsy..which i got sepsis from....lucky me ...so dreaded the results..feared the worse..anyway the day arrived ..the results ..gleason 3+3 .organ confined..only in 25%of the prostate. Grade 1..all treatment options available..so in a weird way .walked out of the room..strangely happy...im in good health..on active surveillance...would like a bit of advice on properly the best step forward..any advice .would be muchly appreciated
