Optic nerve glioma in adults

My brother has been diagnosed with optic nerve glioma, a brain tumour usually only found in children under 5. He's 28. He has gone blind in his right eye and due to undertake radiation therapy. Searching online there is barely any information on this form of tumour in adults. Does anyone know where I might be able to find out more? Unfortunately my brother has to go alone to appointments and I don't wa t to cause him more suffering by asking him lots of questions but I'm often left wondering which is difficult.
