Borderline ovarian tumours

Hi 4 yrs ago I was diagnosed with borderline ovarian tumours for which I had a Total hysterectomy with oopherectomy I wa told by my consultant that I was to go home and forget about it as  far as he was concerned job done  No follow up needed, I now have a hernia which ok can be sorted however CT scan done for hernia surgery only to be told 44mm calcified tumour looking malignant. Spoken to new consultant as mine now retired and because of covid I am to start letrozole. I am an ITU nurse so am devastated at not being able to help out at this time but also really angry as no follow up from previous surgery. Just because I am a nurse does not mean I know more about this than anyone else. Anyone out there have similar case?
