Hi Travis,
I have also been in contact with Oncologica before, hopefully with a treatment for my mother. However, since she was reluctant to do so and spoke with her oncologist about it, her cancer was too far spread so sadly passed away.
My understanding of Oncologica is that they will take a biopsy and match it with any genetic mutation. This means that once they identify the mutation, they are able to match it to specific targeted therapy that is less invasive and has less side effects. However, what they don't tell you is that they may do an in-depth analysis, but some drugs they may identify may not be avaliable in the UK and may cost more than the £2000 approx you are paying for the test itself.
My advice is to speak with your oncologist and seek her/his opinion on this and then make your decision. Good luck.
