Also been taking Letrozole for 5 days and I also have the same side effects, the worst is fatigue, I'm usually very active but all I want to do is rest. Hoping things will settle down. It helps to hear from other people going through the same condition, wishing you well

I thought I was going of my head with these symptoms I haven't even got out my bed today I've fealt totally exhausted have you recently been diagnosed.

Hiya, letrazole unfortunately can hit your body on day 1 believe it or not. 

I have been taking it from December

I took hot flushes straight away, muscle joint pain that was very painful.

Insomnia as well.

I thought I can't do this, especially the pain, I was going to stop taking it, but gave it a chance, now the only symptom I have is hot flushes.

That's reassuring hopefully the side affects dnt last long it's a horrible feeling 

I had the nausea with the chemo but nothing helped I had it the first 5 days after chemo I could only drink I lost a stone Every month then gained it back 

It's not nice what we have to go through wishing you all well
