It's positive ...

It's positive. Grade three. Stage one.

No surgeries happening nowadays sadly though the doc said he would have wanted to remove it asap.

Put me on hormone treatment and injections.

Pills daily. Injection monthly.

In six weeks they decide if i qualify for surgery. COVID 19 times surgeries are based on emergency only.

Don't really know what to feel...

A day at a time :)

  • Hi,

It sounds as if they are delaying surgery at the moment and infact I was told the same thing.

I just wanted to reach out and infact, hope you don't mind me saying but your name sounds like a place I visited Lahore. Sorry but I come from an ethnic background where the word cancer is not widely discussed.

Anyways, atleast you are in medication and who knows all this covid stuff should hopefully peak off.

Like you I am also grade 3. Honestly the grading has really got to me, I am still in a lot of anxiety over it. But as a nurse told me it's only part of a picture.

I see you have kiddies like me too. It's so hard right? But we have to be hopeful. You are right, I'm also taking one step at a time. It's the only way.

    Hugs xx

  • I am from Lahore. Yes the grading has got to me also. The treatment has started (hormone and ovary killing) and I'm going as alkaline as I can and avoiding too much meat... No red meat at all, sugar and dairy. Bla bla...

Back home the family is v worried. Here.. I am anxious but the television and phone are a great way to distract. As are books and music.

Really don't know what else to do ...

  • Hey I am going to send you a message on here, check your inbox... Xxxx
