my mum was told she had a tumour in her esophogus, on 27 feb 2020 the consultant told her no chemo no radiation no op as she is 86 and the lymph nodes around the tuumour are affected. they told her she can have a stent put through the tumour to help with eating. this is happening today, it feels so long since we saw a doctor in january and started on this journey. we do not know what stage or how aggressive. we will just help her live her best life with it. i keep researching tumour shrinking foods and cancer stem cell foods. not sure I can convince her of the benefits but hopefully mcmillan can help me with that, when we see someone. she has been confused and not taken it all in so we thought she has been coping well with the news, now we think she was just in denial so we have to help her come to terms.
