It sounds like you have just received the copy of letter from specialists/clinic to your gp which in some areas is quite normal yet others you have to request it.

I would speak to your gp if you are worried I’m sure if you explained to receptionist on the phone the gp could call you to put your mind at ease a little although chances are you won’t really have a real idea until Tuesday.  I hope it goes okay and although I’ve not really helped just wanted you to know your not alone.
