Hi there ... and welcome ..

  Well I came on here nearly 3 years ago after being diagnosed with a grade three breast cancer... her 2 neg oestrogen positive lump... thought my time was up .. a wonderful lass took me under her wing ... and about 5/ 6 other breast lasses joined around the same time .. all different stages and treatments and ages ..

We all got each other through the scary start of waiting for treatments and such .. we all were scared .. but together we got our boxing gloves on and got in the cancer boxing ring... ready to take it on .. it's not easy, and like a rollercoaster,  lots of ups and downs .. but that cancer wants to knock you down and never get up.. it wants us weak and giving in .. well it might knock us down occasionally... but it's about yelling / cussing cancer .. and getting those feelings out .. then getting back up ready to take it on again ..

And what happened to those other lasses that came on here .. most have gone back to their life post cancer.. one has had a new baby .. some pop back now and again .. but wer all still standing .. so yes there's those that loose their journey, but there's lots living on after .. so you hold on in there .. your at the scariest bit now .. you'll always find someone here who knows how you feel .. we've been there and got the tea shirt .. my tea shirt says " cancer touched my boobs ... so I kicked it's ***" ( butt )

I'm 34 to been diagnosed with cancer on 28 October 2019 grade 3 .finish already my weekly t/c and start my EC have another 3 chemotherapy after surgery and radiotherapy.its dificult but it's manageble.i know I can do this for my self and for my 6 year boy and my husband.its always up and down but it's possible.i just fainded easy to take step by step.

You can do this to,you can get you life back

Thanks very much for your replies and kind words. I feel like I'm walking around in a daze at the moment, the waiting is horrendous. I don't know if I should or shouldn't be doing things that could make it worse etc. I have an MRI on Monday and will know the state of play on Thursday. You're right, this isn't going to control or define me but keeping positive is hard work when there's a waiting game. I'm so pleased your treatments have gone/are going well, it's definitely reassuring that there is life after cancer.

hi i find myself in the same boat. i found a lump in my left breast under 2 weeks ago and have just been confirmed there is a tumour in one of my lymph nodes and due to get surgery for a lumpetomy and full clearance of nodes.

im currently going through a divorce and have a 3year old beautful boy. i own two salons and am now in a relationship approx 1 year on. i finally thought this was it and was planning my future then bam! 

big time follwing your post as i need as much positivity as possible and faith that we will be ok and that life will go on. 

how are u now?what stage are you at? how are you coping.
