Just found out my nan has 2 types of cancer

I have just found out today that my nan has kidney and lung cancer. She has been out of breathe for a while and has been falling over recently. She is 89

She is in hospital at the moment. I know the outcome isn't good at all, I'm really worried, I'm going to see her ASAP but I'm scared what i will see when i go!
