I'm on 7 day course of Filgrastim after having my first chemo session. It's my second day of injection, and I can't sleep. I'm also having head sweats and just can't settle to sleep. I'm so tired.
This is can be a side effect of this treatment, which you can read more about here. I'd suggest you speak to your medical team as they might be able to prescribe something to help.
