I was diagnosed a week before Christmas 2019 with cancer on my left tonsil.  Was told I would be going in for an operation to remove the tonsil on the 7th Feb this year which was last Friday (today being the following Thursday) last night I was almost in tears with agonising earache and a sore neck.... I've been told I'll be receiving a large dose of chemo and radio... I read all your stories and admire the way you all cope with it even after the radio but tbh I can't cope with the post op pain so I don't know if I'll be able to handle the illness I know is going to be coming my way...
