Leptomeningeal disease

My wife has been diagnosed with this type of cancer. she has been carrying it for over 2 years but properly diagnosed in the summer. Right now she is only taking hormone tablet and pain management medicine. Is there anyone there that is having same type and if so what treatment are you recieving.
