I'm sorry to hear that you've needed treatment for colon cancer. It's understandable that you're particularly worried about the health of your kidney. I'm sure that the specialists would have have taken this into consideration when you were initially diagnosed.
I can't see that we have another member on the forum who has undergone chemo having previously had a transplant. I wonder if you might find more luck connecting with people in a similar situation via a specific kidney organisation. Kidney Care UK has an online support group.
