Hi, I'm Connor, 25 years old recently diagnosed with a brain tumour. I visited a specialist last week after being referred over by my GP having had some tests and a scan completed. I was informed that I'd need to have another scan (which I had the same day) and then told that I would be contacted with results and informed of what would be the next course of action in terms of appointments etc 

The day after the scan I was called and the diagnosis was confirmed and I was told that I would be contacted with the details of another appointment with the specialist however, I wasn't told how long to expect to be waiting until the appointment was to come through and I am not sure whether I should contact them so I can find out the date of my appointment or to find out what's going to happen, or whether I should just wait only the not knowing what's going to happen is unnerving and I'm not sure of what I should be doing.
