Hi there.. firstly, I’m so sorry that you’re all going through this. I know how you feel. 

I lost my mum in May this year after a very late diagnosis of lung metastasis, which we later learned had spread to her liver and then into the fluid of her brain. She was diagnosed with Leptomeningeal disease on the 2nd May. She sadly passed away on the 27th May.

nobody is prepared for what’s to come, because we know the heartbreaking prognosis. Just try and make the most of the time you have left with your mum and try to be strong for her, she needs you. I had 25 days to make memories, but my mum got sick real quick so we didn’t have time. Also take time for yourself because it’s VERY important that you do. I’ll be thinking of you all x
