I have been diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer. It has gone to lymphs nearby and a little further. I have started on hormone therapy and PSA went down from 35 to 9 quickly. But the following week saw an oncologist who recommends chemo which might give me an extra year. Should I give the hormone therapy a chance to work for a while first? Has anyone else has this dilemma?? Thanks
