New diagnosis - cervical cancer

Found out today I have early stages of cervical cancer, have an appointment end of the week to meet the surgeon and have been appointed two gynaecologist nurses for support if I need it, having a ct scan after my appointment and they want to do an mri before 27th this month

    Sorry to hear about your diagnosis, but it's good that it was caught early. Keep in regular contact with the nurses as they, and your surgeon, will be the best people to answer your questions or address any concerns.

    I’m sorry to hear about your diagnosis, but it’s good that things have been caught early for you. The ct scan and mri will allow the specialists to build up a clear picture of what’s going on to decide on the best plan of treatment for you and it’s good that you don’t have long to wait for these.
