got my results after 2 lumbar Mri one with contrast . Now referral to oncology department and the specialist spinal surgeon . Several age related issues like oedema and a tear oh and the differentials are neurogenic tumour or intra thecal cystic tumour . The tumour is causing displacement and compression of the conus and displacement of cauda equina nerve roots
