I am 54 female, never smoked. I have 4 children  15, 17, 20, 21 and a husband who are being superb.  I was diagnosed with stage 4 in August this year.

I am on the same journey but I'm behind you.  I've had 2 cycles so I don't know if it's working or not yet

Will be thinking of you when you have your first scan...are you on chemo / immunotherapy........I will post again after my scan at end of this month ........hopefully tumour reductions are ongoing

Yes, I'm on exactly the same drugs as you.  Hope that scan gives you more good news x

just read your post. I am also recently diagnosed Stage 4 lung cancer with adrenal and spinal mets. Lung biopsy identified ALK positive and starting on target tx, now radiotherapy to spine complete.

I wondered if you had surgery or lung biopsy identified any mutations, as our treatment plans seem so different. Its super hard taking it all in and confusing as don't want to start googling stuff !!

i was tested for alk but didn't have it unfortunately otherwise I too would have been on targeted
