i am new to this and with a broken heart I write this to say my mum has been diagnosed with advanced pancreatic cancer. She’s my best friend, I love her to bits and I just feel absolutely devastated 

they were initially treating her for a duodenal ulcer ... but she lost so much weight (over a stone) in just over a week and has been vomiting dark green bile 

I have never dealt with cancer but I am fully aware that the type of cancer is not good as it doesn’t show symptoms and mums felt pretty well, she’s a runner, fitness mad, 66 years old but gets mistaken for my sister lol

im just reaching out to ask if anyone has dealt with the same type and please share you’re story
