Posting for my husband who has been diagnosed with semonia in the testicle which was removed. 
They haven't talked about staging yet, but his hcg has risen to 75 and he has an enlarged lymph nose on the kidney of 8cm! They are talking about putting a stent in and then starting chemotherapy.
