Hi I am feeling rather confused .

Diagnosed with DCIS low grade in Marc 2018- lumpectomy and margins removed.

Diagnosed in July 2018 DCIS low grade

September 2019 papilloma with atypia etc discovered awaiting further test on another suspicious area.

Has been told by my consultant that i have not nor fo i have cancer and this is all precautionary.

Really don't know what to believe.

I've just noticed your post. Sounds like you have been through the mill a bit over the last few years.
I would suggest if you are concerned about about what you have been told by your consultant that you write down the questions you need answers to and go armed with them at your next session or give their secretary a call to get them answered.
