My husband had been bad for a couple of weeks with a cough doctors thought it was an infection at first but antibiotics did not do anything. Had X-ray showed shadow on lung had ct scan which showed a hard shell like shape on his lung. A biopsy was sent off but doctor said that no cancer was present in the cells. The doctor is now deciding whether to put the camera down to look more closely into the lung or to see if it could be something else. Does this mean he could be cancer free if the cells had no cancer in them. I’m still worried as we still not sure what it is
