I was reading your post and I am  just wondering what symptoms you had before you went to the Gp . 
I'm going to see the hospital gynaecologist 

tomorrow and I'm very anxious what they will find . 
Gp said she could feel a lump side of womb ?

i went to my GP after three occurrences of vaginal bleeding post menapause. I had no other symptoms. However, in retrospect, I realise that the sore left hip I had for months must have been  connected. After treatment the soreness disappeared. It was never confirmed that it was connected but it seems odd that it disappeared, I was very scared when I went for my gynae appointment too. It's normal. I'd had a vaginal ultrasound prior to that appointment so the doctor discussed that  they found that my womb lining was thickened,  He carried out a hysteroscopy at that appointment top and a biopsy was taken I got my results three weeks later.

In answer to your question, all seems fine at the moment. I have had an all clear at my follow up appointments up unti December. The last appointment this April was by telephone due to the coronavirus situation so no internal exam. They just checked that I had no symptoms.

I hope everything goes well tomorrow.  It's ok to be worried but know that whatever they find there are treatments out there if needed.

I have just recently ( in April 2020) being diagnosed with womb cancer grade 2 endometrial adenocarcinoma. For years I have had really heavy prolonged bleeding, with lots of clots, for my periods, I have never had regular periods, and when I developed an under active thyroid and after having my 4 children, by emergency C section they got worse, I had about 1/3 periods a year sometimes periods lasted for months, with my longest one being 4 months, I was constantly on iron tablets and was told it was my thyroid and weight causing them and possibly my psoriatic arthritis causing extra inflammation, after suffering with my periods like this for 10/12 years I had stopped even mentioning them as an issue, I had seen gynocologists over those years and was only ever prescribed norethisterone, tranexamic acid and Mefenamic acid, and offered a coil I did not want and refused, they also could not do the Endometrial ablation surgery, due to having had 4 C sections, and said I was too young at 33 for hysterectomy, yes I asked for one.

In September 2015 I started my longest period ever, it did not stop until January 2016 I was then 41/42, and did not have any more bleeding for 2 years, although I still had problems with anemia, I believed I had started the menopause, and was glad to have my periods over.

 In February 2018 I was prescribed some ovestin cream to help with menopause symptoms, was told I may start bleeding a little, I had also just found out I had diabetes at that time too. (diabetes can increase the risk of getting womb cancer, I did not know this until told recently). Within a month of using ovestin cream, I had started bleeding again, I just thought my periods had started again, so did not bother dr,  (I should of done, but do not think I should ever of being prescribed the oestrogen cream with my history and diabetes) the drs always made me feel like I was wasting their time, and I did not think they would do anything else for me, I figured it was the cream causing them to start up, so I stopped using it after that first month, but I still continued to bleed heavy and prolonged like before, each time I was left feeling shaky dizzy and breathless from blood loss, I kept hoping they would stop again. In February this year 2020 I'm now 45, I started bleeding again, then in march feeling like I usually do after I have finished bleeding, I had a heart attack ( probably due to heart working harder to pump blood around and diabetes causing an artery to be blocked), I had to have a stent in my heart, and also had to have a blood transfusion (4 units) it was very scary in hospital covid was just getting worse, it did not feel safe,  there was a gynocolgist sent to see me, she was young and probably only just finishing her training, but she took an interest and really listened to my history, she then said she wanted to take some samples, I did not know at the time it was a biopsy she was doing until they went through everything when they were discharging me a couple days after lockdown, I went home with loads of new medications and was not really worried, thought nothing much of tests done, until I got a phone call nearly 2 weeks later, asking me to go see them the next day, I went in there, I had to go in alone due to covid, I really wished they had let my husband in with me, for them to tell me I had cancer,  they did keep me separate from other patients to protect me from covid,  and were really nice, they said they would be organising a CT scan for ASAP, so they could see if it had spread anywhere, and they would ring me with this information, I got my CT scan just over 2 weeks later and a few days later I had a phone consultation with consultant who said they would be starting me off on hormone therapy, to buy them time until I could have a hysterectomy, which they cant do because of covid and  also because of my heart, due to blood thinners I'm on and it being too soon, after heart attack, they said they would not stage my cancer until after hysterectomy.

Has anyone had to have a hysterectomy with a heart problems?,

Good news is the cancer seems to be contained in my womb ( consultants words) but it has highlighted a couple of other areas they going to keep an eye on, there are a few nodules in my lungs ( they going to monitor them for changes I will have another CT scan in 3 months) and they spoted something in my left breast, so they were referring me to breast clinic, that appointment has just come through in last few days for the 11th may,  I'm not sure what to expect from that, but im hopeful there is nothing more sinister going on, I am still a little worried/ concerned about leaving the cancer in my womb until its safe to remove it, they said it would be months not weeks before they could remove it, hence the hormone therapy. I have found this last few months very stressful, I just want the cancer removed, it feels wrong leaving it.

Sounds like you have been going through a lot.  
Good to hear the cancer seems to be contained in the womb and that they are giving you hormone therapy until covid19 is under control . 
I agree though it feels wrong to leave the cancer , i would want it removed as soon as possible also . Hopefully this will happen soon !
