i have now been diagnosed with Follicular Lymphoma. Now on watch and wait. Finding it difficult tO get my head around it, sometimes ok then anxiety overwhelms me.
I'm sorry you're having a bit of a tough time at the moment. I think many of our members have had similar reactions and feelings when coming to terms with their own diagnoses so hopefully some of them will pop by soon to offer their support and advice.
I'm just going to tag [@pg] in this post as their husband was also put on watch and wait earlier this year when they got their follicular lymphoma diagnosis, so they may be able to help.
