Shadow on pancreas

Hi 8m wi derung if anyone has been told they have a shadow head of pancreas. 

My dad was told this but told he had not hi g to worry about and never given any follow up appointments. This showed up on a scan so so other tests were done. It turns out he has a massive tumor which is block g his bile duct at top of pancreas and they can't put a stent in as tumor to invasive. Should he have been monitored when shadow was first noticed as thi gs could be different today. Thanks

    I'm very sorry to hear about your Dad's situation. I'm afraid no one here will be able to answer your question about what should, or shouldn't, have happened when your Dad was first told that there was a shadow on his pancreas.
