I’ve been diagnosed with SCC had my partial glossectomy on Monday and lymph’s removed from neck very and very swollen , came home Thursday and doing ok but swelleng to neck still

bad and my tongue still very swollen and I feel like I have ulcers I’m gargling with corsydol which theyperscribed  still only on drinks and have small amounts of soup cream yogurts ice cream , I’m just not getting really any less swollen is this normal please anyone having stitches out wednsday to neck
