After a seizure in December last year I was diagnosed with encephalitis but after 8 months of scans and puzzling as to why the swelling was not reducing last week I was diagnosed with grade 4 Giloblastoma. The shock was overwhelming to say the least. I'm going to start radio and chemo in a week or so. I'm only 46 so I suppose my question is how do i go about offering myself to more radical trials as I feel like I'm being deprived of 30 years of my life and the end result at the moment is inevitable so I should try everything as I have nothing to.lose
