i am 1 week after Grade 3 wide local excision and sentinel lymph node biopsy.  I am 75 years old and was dreading the op as I have never had an op or anaesthetic before.  All went fine.  Op in the morning, home same afternoon.  No painkillers needed and seem to be healing well.  Results on 17 Sept.  Hopefully these will be okay as initial ultrasound showed that my lymph nodes under my arm looked clear.  Consultant has said hopefully just radiotherapy and hormone drugs.
