Please can people give me there own experiences, thoughts and what to expect.

My partner who was otherwise healthy has been diagnosed with terminal cancer and has been offered pallative chemotherapy. There were no symptoms to forewarn us other than him being constipated and having blood in stools three weeks prior. He currently looks the same as he always has and was working till three weeks ago.

I'd just appreciate some views, help and advice
