Sitting in the chemotherapy lounge at hospital. Been here 3 hours. Just waiting for bloods to return so they can order my chemo and get it started. Feel ok but have been told generally peoples hair falls out within 2 weeks xxx
2nd chemo down. Bit wobbly this morning but think it's the heat too. About to take all the pills that I need and hopefully today goes well. Hope everyone else is ok xxx
Well done so far hope side effects keep away, keep your eyes on your nails when i had mine i got white lines across them were the cemo had damaged the root and it repaired it self as nail grows you get lines across them you probably won't see them yet till nail grows more,
Thinking of you too Shakey (wish i knew your real name) i hope that things don't get too bad and you can manage to ride it out. Just remember that we are all here rooting for you. You are past the halfway mark for this week so just keep telling yourself that tomorrow is the last day .... for this week at least.
Lisa sounds so much nicer than Shakey, although i suppose you feel a bit shakey. Only 2 more to go, then time to recuperate, you will get there and just keep telling yourself that it is a necessity.The lesser of 2 evils i suppose.
