Pancreatic cancer

Hi all my hubby has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer still waiting to find out what stang he is and its spread but not been told where. I've googled it and looked on cancer sites and with his symptoms he is stage 4 he is in so much pain constantly day and night and finding it really hard to sleep and pass stools probably he crys out help me help me it's very distressing to see and hear as there is nothing I can do he feels he's been let down by our doctor surgery he keeps telling me that he not got long left what can I do please to help ease his pain and suffering

  • If you have already been allocated a cancer nurse - contact them direct . to explain the situation, so at least they can help deal with some of the pain control.

    In a large percentage of cancer clients, some counselling /therepy may be useful and helpful.

    You both have a lot going on at present - and until they stage the cancer , your action plan will be a bit vague. Both your emotions will be all over the place

    If you are going to look at website make sure they are reseached based ones ie. Cancer Research.
